The Japan Clinical Medical Research Institute has conducted extensive studies on precocious puberty and found three key factors that cause early puberty and affect growth in children:
1. Parental genetics
2. Excessive intake of fats and sugars in the diet leading to overproduction of hormones
3. Environmental chemical factors, currently known to include more than 70 substances such as pesticides, plasticizers, bisphenol A, heavy metals, and dioxins.
The report also states that the smoother the secretion of "growth hormone," the lower the chance of precocious puberty. This is because growth hormone signals body cells that the body is still developing, allowing continuous physical growth and slowing the closure of growth plates.
